1. Service

ZM Central IA is a web-based platform that helps creators and teams create, review, schedule and publish social media content. AI may assist in content preparation, but publishing remains subject to user review and authorization.

2. TikTok integration

Users may connect their own TikTok account through TikTok Login Kit. ZM Central IA currently requests user.info.basic to identify the connected account and video.publish to use TikTok's Content Posting API for content the user has approved.

3. User authorization

You may only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Before a publication is submitted, you are responsible for reviewing the content, caption, destination account, privacy settings and applicable disclosures.

4. Content rights and acceptable use

You must own or have permission to use the media, audio, text and other materials you publish.
You must comply with TikTok's Terms, Community Guidelines and applicable laws.
You may not use ZM Central IA for spam, impersonation, fake engagement, unlawful content, copyright infringement or attempts to bypass provider limits or moderation.

5. Human control

ZM Central IA is designed so content is reviewed and approved before Direct Post submission. Automated workflows do not remove the user's responsibility for the final publication decision.

6. Connected accounts

Social integrations depend on valid authorization, provider availability and account standing. Users may disconnect their account at any time. The application attempts provider-side revocation where supported and removes the local connection credentials.

7. Availability

The service is provided on an availability basis and may be interrupted by maintenance, API limits, provider outages, account restrictions or changes to third-party APIs.

8. Privacy

Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Data deletion instructions are available at Data deletion.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated as ZM Central IA evolves. The current version will remain publicly available on this page.
