Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of information associated with a connected social account or ZM Central IA workspace.

Disconnect a social account

  1. Open ZM Central IA.
  2. Go to Social Hub → Connections.
  3. Select the connected account and choose Disconnect.
  4. The local OAuth credentials are removed and provider-side revocation is attempted where supported.

Request deletion

To request deletion of stored profile snapshots, publishing receipts or workspace data, email socialcheats@gmail.com with the subject ZM Central IA — Data Deletion Request. Include enough information to identify the workspace/account, but never send passwords or access tokens.

Provider-side revocation

You may also revoke ZM Central IA from your TikTok account using TikTok's account/security settings. Revocation prevents future API access.
