1. Who we are

ZM Central IA is a web-based social content management platform operated by Leonardo / ZM Central IA. This policy explains how information is handled when users connect supported social accounts and use the platform. Contact: socialcheats@gmail.com.

2. TikTok data we process

Data	Purpose
Basic account information from `user.info.basic`	Identify and display the TikTok account connected by the user.
Publishing authorization and receipts from `video.publish`	Publish user-approved content and track the result of that submission.
OAuth access and refresh tokens	Authenticate official TikTok API requests on behalf of the user.

ZM Central IA does not collect TikTok passwords, private messages, or data from TikTok accounts the user has not authorized.

3. Content and operational data

The service may store content drafts, captions, schedules, approval decisions, publishing receipts and limited technical logs needed to operate the service, prevent duplicate publication and troubleshoot failures.

4. How information is secured

OAuth tokens are encrypted server-side using authenticated encryption.
Secrets and raw tokens are not embedded in frontend code or AI prompts.
OAuth state values are random, single-use and expire after a short period.
Workspace and connection checks are applied before publishing actions.

5. How data is shared

Data is transmitted to TikTok only through official TikTok APIs when required to perform a function the user authorized. We do not sell personal data or provide it to advertising data brokers.

6. Retention

OAuth tokens are retained while the connection remains active or until they expire, are revoked, or the user disconnects. Publishing receipts and audit information may be retained while the workspace exists to preserve operational history. Users may request deletion.

7. Your rights and choices

Users may disconnect a social account, revoke authorization at the provider, request access/correction, or request deletion of stored integration data. Instructions are available at Data deletion.

8. Children

ZM Central IA is not directed to children and is intended for users who meet the minimum age requirements of the services they connect.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when the service or integrations change. The current version and update date will remain available on this page.
